At myGurukul, we prioritize the quality of our flutes and ensure that each one undergoes rigorous quality checks by our experts before dispatch. We offer complimentary worldwide delivery of flutes, with no additional courier costs incurred by the purchaser. However, any customs duty or local tax/duties, if applicable, are to be borne by the purchaser.
Flute purchases are eligible for replacement or repairs under the following circumstances:
Flutes that have been damaged or misused by the customer will not qualify for replacement or repairs.
Upon receiving the package, if any damage or cracks are observed, the customer must promptly notify us via email on the same day, attaching photos of the damaged product. Detailed images highlighting the damage must be included.
It is important to note that if the damage is not reported within one day of receiving the shipment, myGurukul will not accept responsibility for it.
If the damage is confirmed to be caused by our end, our experienced team at myGurukul will promptly address the issue. The customer must return the product back to us in its original condition, without further damage. Upon receiving the flute, you will be sent a replacement flute, or alternatively, we will repair the instrument and return it to you.
